Moreover, our plan is flexible. If you relocate, your cleaning plan moves with you. We may need to adjust the monthly payment depending on the size of your new property, ensuring continued convenience

It's generally recommended to have your carpets professionally cleaned every 6 to 12 months. However, high-traffic areas may require more frequent cleaning.

Drying times vary depending on the cleaning method used, carpet type, and environmental factors, of course the level of soiling is a factor as well. Typically, carpets we clean range from half an hour via the Low Moisture System, to 3-4 hours with hot water extraction. While we're cleaning, we can also deploy mobile fans around the room, this speeds things up dramatically!

Yes, we prioritise the use of eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for both children and pets. Our cleaning solutions are also gentle on your carpets while effectively removing dirt and stains.

We kindly ask that you move any small or delicate items from the carpeted area. We can assist with moving light furniture such as chairs and coffee tables. For larger items, we may clean around them to the best of our ability.

We are are trained to tackle a variety of stains, including wine, pet urine, and coffee. While we cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains, we use advanced stain removal techniques and products to achieve the best results possible.

We’d recommend that you give your carpets a quick vacuum the day before, but in any case, we'll always pre-vacuum as a part of our cleaning process!

We offer a range of cleaning methods including hot water extraction (steam cleaning), dry cleaning, and low-moisture cleaning. Our technicians will recommend the best method based on your carpet type and cleaning needs.

Some carpets may be prone to shrinkage. However, we have many years’ experience and can spot the elements within a carpet which may cause this.  We can then take preventative measures, so you don’t need to worry.
If necessary, we may refuse a job and there will be no charge for our assessment or any call out charge. In the very unlikely event that this happens, we're fully insured!

This only happens if there is too much residue left within the carpet. We use the correct cleaning system and application methods for each carpet, we are also able to mitigate this further with crystallising detergents, which means that they stay clean for longer.
