1. Booking and Payment:
a. Upon booking our services, a deposit of 50% of the total quoted price is required.
b. The remaining balance shall be payable upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Minimum Service Charge:
a. In the event that the total cost of services provided falls below £75.00 (Seventy-Five Pounds Sterling), the customer agrees to pay a minimum service charge of £75.00 (Seventy-Five Pounds Sterling). This minimum service charge ensures that our costs associated with providing services are covered adequately. The minimum service charge will be applied regardless of the duration or extent of services rendered. By engaging our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by this minimum service charge clause.
3. Service Provision:
a. Fiber Fusion agrees to provide carpet and upholstery cleaning services as outlined in the agreed-upon quotation.
b. Any additional services requested by the customer during the provision of services may incur extra charges. Fiber Fusion reserve the right to refuse any additional services requested by the customer that are not included within the original quotation
4. Cancellation Policy:
a. Cancellations made by the customer less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
b. Cancellations made by the customer more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a full refund.
c. Fiber Fusion reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, adverse weather conditions, or other emergencies. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to inform the customer as soon as possible and reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time.
5. Liability:
a. Fiber Fusion shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the provision of our services, except where such damages or losses arise from our negligence or wilful misconduct.
b. The customer agrees to provide clear access to the premises to facilitate the provision of services by Fiber Fusion. Any delays or inability to access the premises may result in rescheduling of the appointment and additional charges.
6. Warranty:
a. Fiber Fusion warrants that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill.
b. Any issues or dissatisfaction with the services provided must be reported to Fiber Fusion within 24 hours of completion of the service, and reasonable efforts will be made to rectify the issue promptly.
7. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
By booking our services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions of sale between Fiber Fusion and themselves
